Amtec Services at 5078 Bridgeport Way Northwest, Norcross, Georgia.

AmTech was hired by American Home Sheild to repair my refrigerator. Theycame out, said our refrigerator was old, needed a part, to wait a week and he would be back. Just a note that our freezer stopped working not the refrigerator. The part came in and the freezer worked for one day, then stopped again. We didn't notice because we were off getting married. When we returned, we called AHS and they sent Amtec out again. They said, it needed another part, wait another week, he would be back. We did, he did, but this time we had to drag the refrigerator all the way to the garage he said he would have to weld it, and needed space. We did, he did, and for a day, the freezer half way worked, next day, not only did the freezer stop working now the refrigerator didn't either. They said it would be another week before he could come out and look at it. When we call AHS and told them this was unacceptable that we have been without a refrigerator for almost a month, they contacted another contractor that day, when the previous contractor found this out, they rushed to the house, looked at the fridge and said, oh you need another part (I CANT EVEN MAKE THIS UP) wait another week. It is today exactly another week. I get an email from AHS stating that our service is complete and to rate the contractor. I called the contractor who stated they called AHS on 11/8 and told them they couldn't fix it, they would need to give us a second opinion or replace the refrigerator. If Amtec couldn't fix it, they should have told us instead of making us wait now four weeks and left to deal with AHS!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My mistake that I contacted this company. They had provided services in the past so I trusted them and reached out but now I’m regretting.
My washer broke down, the technician came, inspected and said the estimate will be emailed ASAP. He even suggested that if I ordered the parts via Samsung (if the cost was cheaper), he would come and replace the parts and just charge for the labor. He charged me $45 for the inspection and said that it will be deducted from the total if I went with Amtec.
I waited 3 days, calling everyday and asking for a breakdown of the estimate (I was told the total verbally) and speak to the manager or supervisor but to no avail and still no email. 3rd day I was told that they do not have a policy of breaking down the price and presenting and was transferred to the supervisors ans machine (when he was not even in the office) and held the line for 30min.
Finally I called the office again from a diff phone, voiced my concern yet again and the lady answering the phone said she is only the dispatcher and cannot help in the case but has fwd the message to the supervisor to call me....whenever he can.
So now I’m sitting here with a broken washer and waiting for these guys to contact me, but I can surely see my inspection money going down the drain.
