National Supply at 6624 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Norcross, Georgia.

I have been using National supply for over a year and spent in excess of 150.00 a month with them. Recently due to an error on my part-not leaving a check for the delivery I was immediately put on COD. It was always COD anyways. I wanted to place an order in Jan. I was told I needed to have a min order of 150.00. I went by and picked it up. I wanted to place an order this month and I was treated like I owed these guys hundreds of dollars and never paid my bills. I spoke to the Owner and he was the rudest, disrespectful person I have ever come into contact in Business. He told me my "Business was not worth his time" I politely asked him if I "owed him any money" and he confirmed that I did not. In there office they have "Glenn"s rules" which are very specific about the expected customer service. The owner should read them or maybe if he is Glenn he should go back determine was he just kidding or not about these. It comes down to this I am not Korean and as such believe that it is a race issue with this person. Maybe others should speak out about this regarding there treatment. I will NEVER use this company again and will let everyone I know the treatment I received from this company. There are plenty of other supply company's that want my business, will take a credit card and remember this rule of business: "The first rule of business is the customer is always right!" As a small business owner my self that is how I treat customers.

Every disrespectful! When I asked for help over the phone they hung up.
