Public Storage at 1755 Indian Trail Lilburn Road Northwest, Norcross, Georgia.

The last days I’ve been moving and every time when I look for a storage place. This is it. Their guest service is always ON POINT. So kind and helpful! I gotta give props to Darlene and of course the other women that helped me there. I’ve used this place about 4 times and every time it is always ALWAYS a excellent experience. The place is always clean and well taken care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unit! I’d honestly give it a more star rating but 5 is the limit.

It started good. But when we went out of town and forgot to pay a month of rent. They never even gave us a call to let us know. We went when we came back to pay and we were told that they "threw all of our stuff away" for non payment. My question was why we weren't called to let us know they were going to do that. I lost precious family pictures, graduation pictures, furniture, lots of shoes, and alot of my kids things.
